The Company has been authorized (Cause No. 42166) to provide Local Exchange Telecommunications Service throughout the State of Indiana pursuant to I.C. 8-1-2-88, Section 253 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the regulatory procedures prescribed by the Indiana Regulatory Commission in its Order issued in Clause No. 39983 on July 1, 1996.
